Effective 22 September 2026. This page describes the general cancellation and refund approach for paid Qavureli services.
Before paid work begins
Submitting an enquiry through the public website does not involve payment. If Qavureli proposes a paid session, workshop or advisory engagement, the scope, price, payment schedule, timing and tailored cancellation conditions will be provided in writing before you accept. You may decide not to proceed before an agreement is confirmed.
Rescheduling
If a confirmed session needs to move, provide notice as soon as reasonably possible through the Contact route. With at least 48 hours’ notice, Qavureli will normally seek an alternative time, subject to availability and the existing engagement rhythm. Repeated rescheduling may require the work to be reset or re-scoped so preparation continues to serve a useful purpose.
Late changes and missed sessions
For less than 48 hours’ notice, the relevant written agreement, preparation already undertaken and the circumstances will be considered. A late cancellation or missed confirmed session may be charged where reserved work time cannot be redeployed. A signed service agreement takes precedence over this general policy.
Refunds
If Qavureli cancels a confirmed paid session and no suitable alternative can be agreed, payment for the unused portion will normally be refunded. If work materially differs from written scope, raise the concern promptly so it can be reviewed against the relevant project materials. Refunds cannot be based on a particular career, hiring or salary result because professional orientation supports a person’s process without guaranteeing an outcome.
Requesting a review
Use the Contact link with the arrangement date, name used in the agreement and a brief explanation. Do not send payment information, credentials or confidential employer material through the public form. Qavureli will respond with an appropriate next step.
